Meet Carol and Susan! They run Foraged Florals, a seasonal and sustainable flower farm using permaculture practices, just outside New Ross, Nova Scotia. Tiny-by-intention, grown from the heart, and brimming with artistry, these are floral arrangements that will bring you closer to nature.
Venue: The Mallard on Church
The Mallard on Church, owned by sweetheart Kristy and husband Dan, is a wheelchair accessible A-Frame cabin in the woods just outside of the beautiful town of Lunenburg! When they welcomed us over for a visit we were struck by the peace and tranquility while still being so close to everything that Nova Scotia’s South Shore has on offer.
Venue: The Hideaway at Baxter’s Harbour
Nestled on the coastline overtop the 55’ Baxter’s Harbor waterfall, and a direct view of the famous Cape Split, The Hideaway transforms nature-focused living by day to an intimate coastal nest for two by night. With a special emphasis on connection pouring from every square inch of this breathtaking and bright space, it’s truly a paradise for newlyweds.
